Terms of service
These terms cover a one-time Christmas portrait and card purchase from AI Christmas Photo Generator. You pay $9.00 once through Waffo. Nothing renews. You receive a PNG and, on print sizes, a 300 dpi PDF. There is no free generation. Refunds requested within 14 days follow the refund policy.
What the payment includes
One payment of $9.00 USD buys one order: we generate one Christmas photo from the 1 to 4 photos you upload, in the scene and size you select, using ByteDance Seedream 4.5 Edit (fal-ai/bytedance/seedream/v4.5/edit) through fal.ai. You can download that photo and a card PNG with your greeting. If you selected 5×7 or 4×6, you also get a 300 dpi print PDF. Square and 9:16 story orders do not include a print PDF.
The result is an AI-generated image. It is labeled on the card. Likeness can still be wrong. Look at it before you print or send it.
One-time payment and no auto-renewal
Every purchase is a single order. We do not start a subscription, store your card, or charge you again. Waffo is the merchant of record for the payment. There is no free generation credit before or after payment.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of payment by emailing support@aichristmasphotogenerator.com with your order id. The same window is in the refund policy and the footer. Orders that violate the acceptable use policy are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. A generation that fails or does not return a file can be refunded inside the same 14 days.
Who operates this service
AI Christmas Photo Generator (aichristmasphotogenerator.com) is an independent site, the same way the operator is named on its own pages: the site name and the support mailbox, without a separate street address. It is not affiliated with the model maker, fal.ai, or Waffo. Write to support@aichristmasphotogenerator.com.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old to upload photos and pay for an order. We do not knowingly take an order from anyone younger. If you are under 18, do not use checkout. A child may appear in a photo only under the portrait rule below. That permission does not lower the age of the person who pays.
Photos of real people
You may upload a photo only if you have permission to use the likeness of every identifiable person in it. The picture must be yours to use, every adult in it must have agreed, and for any child you must be the parent or guardian or you must have that parent's permission. A pet does not need a portrait release, but you still need the right to use the photograph. You may not upload someone else's photo to impersonate them, to put them in a scene they did not agree to, or to embarrass them.
The upload form asks you to confirm this before an order is created. If the permission is missing, that is your responsibility. We can refuse the generation, delete the files, and block the email used at checkout.
Copyright and your license to the generated image
You keep whatever rights you already have in the photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your face or of those photos. Copyright in a purely machine-generated image is unsettled and may not exist in every country. We do not promise that you are the legal author of the output.
Where we are able to give permission, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to download, print, and share the finished portrait and card for your own holiday use. That includes personal cards, a print you make at home or at a shop, and a post of your own household. The license does not let you resell the file as stock, run your own generation service with it, or use it to impersonate someone. The site, the card layout, and the scene prompts stay ours. The image model is ByteDance Seedream 4.5 Edit through fal.ai. We are not that model's maker, and we are not affiliated with ByteDance or fal.ai beyond using the API.
Limitation of liability
The portrait and the card are provided as is and as available. An AI image can miss a likeness, a hand, or a small detail, and you should look before you print or send it. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including a print run you already paid for or a card you already mailed. Our total liability for a claim about one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
If a law does not allow one of those limits, the limit applies only as far as that law allows. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be removed.
Governing law
These terms do not choose a court or a governing-law country. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in the country where you live still apply. A limit in these terms applies only as far as that law allows.
Misuse
We refuse sexual content, violence and gore, hate, child sexual abuse material, deepfakes and face swaps, and copyright or trademark infringement. Those categories are listed one by one in the acceptable use policy. We can refuse the generation, delete the files, and decline future orders from the same email. There is no face-swap feature, nudify feature, or tool for putting a real person into a fabricated intimate scene.
The model disclosed for this product is ByteDance Seedream 4.5 Edit, id fal-ai/bytedance/seedream/v4.5/edit, provided through fal.ai. We are not that model’s maker and we are not affiliated with ByteDance or fal.ai beyond using the API.
