Acceptable use policy
This acceptable use policy is part of buying one $9.00 Christmas portrait. You may upload photos you have rights to, for a private card, and you get a PNG or a 300 dpi print PDF. Sexual content, violence, hate, child sexual abuse, deepfakes, and trademark abuse are refused. Refunds follow the 14 days policy.
Prohibited content
We refuse generation requests in these categories, listed separately:
Sexual content and pornography, including nudity and any sexualized image.
Violence and gore.
Hate, including slurs and attacks on a protected group.
Child sexual abuse material and any sexual content involving a minor.
Deepfakes and impersonation, including face swaps, nudify tools, and putting a real person’s face on someone else or into a fabricated intimate scene. Adding a fictional Santa beside people who consented is allowed. Swapping a face is not.
Copyright and trademark infringement, including famous characters and brand logos you do not have the right to use.
Whose photos you may upload
Upload a photo only if it is yours, or every adult in it agreed, and you are the parent or guardian of any child in it or you have that parent's permission. The upload form requires that confirmation.
How moderation works
Before an image is requested, greeting text and the scene prompt are checked against a blocklist reviewed on 2026-10-23 and against Waffo Prompt Sift. Generation continues only if that check allows it. The fal request keeps its safety checker on. We do not show the image in a public gallery. Moderation decisions are logged.
If a check is unavailable, we do not generate.
Reporting and enforcement
Report an image with the form at /report or by emailing support@aichristmasphotogenerator.com. We read reports, delete files when the report is valid, and can block the email from new orders. Enforcement we actually use is refusal, deletion, and an email block. We do not promise a criminal investigation.
You can reply to a refusal and ask for another look if you believe the check was wrong. Email the same address.
Common questions
Do you allow face swap?
No. There is no face-swap control, and prompts that ask for one are refused.
How do I report an image?
Use /report or email support@aichristmasphotogenerator.com.
